Government has issued Decree no 655/QĐ-TTg on approval the project “Invest in the union institution in Industrial Park and Export Processing Zone”. The purpose of the project is to build accomodation, kindergarten, super market and sport and culture works in industrial park and export processing zone for better life of workers.

For the capital investment, from 2016 - 2020: budget of Central government supports 141,7 billion; after 2016-2020: supported when the capital policy and balance

are issued according to the law. Otherwise, there are financial sources from general confederation of labor of Vietnam, preferential capital and other legal capitals.

It is expected from 2017 to 2018 to complete 10 institutions of labor union in industrial park and export processing zone. From 2018 to 2020 it is completed and put into operation 40 institutions of labor union. Until 2030, all industrial parks and export proccessing zones have their own institution of labor union. Thereby, workers’ life is improved by practical works.
