On May 25, 2017 Tien Giang People’s Committee had issued document no. 2316/UBND-NC on implementing administrative rules and disciplines
Provincial People’s Committee required heads of departments to implement assignments seriously:
To improve and tighten rules and disciplines, to prevent bureaucracy, irresponsibility, indiscipline in doing assignment, settling violation and irresponsibilty of the leaders for a better management effect.
To increase staffs and personnels’ awareness of implementing of instructions no. 17/CT-UBND dated Oct 9, 2009 of People’s Committee on improve the effect of work, no drinking in work hours in Tien Giang; instruction no.01/CT-UBND dated Feb 21, 2017 by Provincial People’s Committee on enhance the proffessional etiquette of staffs, personnels; at the same time, to perform the working regulations and Decree no. 45/2006/QĐ-UBND dated Sep 1, 2016 by the Provincial People’s Committee
Department of Home affairs, office of Provincial People’s Committee and departments are assigned to inspect, follow and report to Provincial People’s Committee about the organization of this issue.
To re-organize establishment anniversary of agencies held wastefully
Any agency or locality occurs above negative problems, leaders of the locality shall be reponsible to the Provincial People’s Committe and Chairman of People’s Committee.
