To save time for customs clearance and to avoid arguments of the procedures, enterprises may ask for customs to define the goods of im-export in advance according to regulations of Trade Facilitation Agreement among members of WTO.

On may 31, 2017, HCM International Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) and HCM Customs department and Vietnam Trade Facilitation Agreement (VTFA) held the Conference of “Regulations of Definition in advance: applied in Vietnam and benifits for business”.

Informations of Trade Facilitation Agreement are popularized to enterprises

The Agreement of WTO is valid from Feb 22, 2017 and this  is an important point in global trade system.  TFA sets up favorable trading standards for all members of WTO, creating new motivation for international trade through the implementation of administrative reform and customs procedures that help customs clearance over the border.

The pre-determination of codes, origins, customs values for export-import goods helps customs declarants and enterprises to know the payable tax amount in advance as customs clearance, to avoid argument between declarants and customs officer, customs procedures should be cleared and united throughout the country.
