On September 28th 2012, Long Jiang IP had attended Employer Council Ceremony of Tien Giang held by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). Representative for Long Jiang is one of 17 members of Employer Council of Tien Giang. The Council has three functions: 1. Promote and protect legal rights of employers in domestic and international relations; 2. Promote and maintain harmonious labor relations, in order to ensure competitive business environment and develop enterprises; 3. Join Provincial labor Committee and tripartite mechanism in Tien Giang with representative of employee (provincial labor Federation) and Provincial People’s Committee (Department of Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs).
This tripartite mechanism Council of Employer – Employee – Labor Department will protect employer’s and employee’s legal interests better and better. That also ensures the stability and long term of employing, and ensures the business and manufacture of enterprises.
