Drill conducted in accordance with the approved firefighting plan

The drill was conducted in close accordance with the simulated scenarios outlined in the facility’s firefighting plan, which had been approved by the competent authorities. Throughout the exercise, all participating forces strictly complied with safety regulations, ensuring absolute safety for personnel, vehicles, and equipment used in firefighting, rescue, and salvage operations.

The simulated scenarios at the two drill locations were designed to reflect the specific characteristics and actual conditions of each facility, as follows:

At Long Jiang Industrial Park Management Office, the simulated scenario involved a fire caused by a visitor who was negligent while smoking during a business visit. The fire subsequently spread rapidly to combustible materials such as documents, sofas, curtains, and electrical wiring, eventually engulfing the working area on the first floor.

At the 110/22kV Substation of Long Jiang Industrial Park, the simulated scenario involved a fire and explosion caused by a short-circuit fault in a power transformer, resulting in insulating oil spilling out and igniting a major fire. The fire rapidly spread to the area surrounding Transformer AT1, generating a large amount of smoke and intense heat, which created significant challenges for firefighting operations.

The exercise also provided an opportunity for Long Jiang Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. to assess the response capabilities of its on-site emergency forces, thereby identifying areas for further improvement in fire prevention, firefighting, rescue, and salvage operations. This contributes to proactively preventing and minimizing losses caused by fires, explosions, incidents, and accidents, ensuring the safety of people and property and maintaining stable production and business activities within the industrial park.
