On June 10, in the afternoon, in Tien Giang, President of General Confederation of Vietnam Labor, Mr. Bui Van Cuong worked with leader of Tien Giang Province about the project “Invest to build institutions of Labor union in Industrial parks, export proccessing zones” approved by Government.

At the meeting, Mr. Le Van Huong, Chairman of Tien Giang People’s Committee said that the province intends to arrange the residential area for workers in Trung An Commune (My Tho city), next to My Tho industrial park and Trung An industrial cluster. Tien Giang shall create conditions for legal procedures in order that the project may be put into the operation soon.

At the moment, Tien Giang has 4.000 enterprises with 100.000 laborers, so residential demand for workers is the big issue which locality cares.

President of General Confederation of Vietnam labor appreciates the cooperative spirit and effort of Tien Giang province in solution of land fund.

Tien Giang which is one of 3 provinces selected to deploy the project “to build institution in industrial parks and export process zones”. Then, the province was invested more than VND 372 billion with area 30.460m2 by General confederation of Vietnam labor.

This is the complex house including institutions for better life of workers. Specifically, area for construction of over 14.000 m2, 4.000 m2 for internal road, 4.400 m2 for plants and remaining area for supplementary projects...
