On the afternoon of May 7, 2026, Dong Thap Economic Zone Authority organized a Signing Ceremony of Cooperation Agreements with universities and colleges on human resource training for industrial zones and economic zones in Dong Thap Province.

Mr. Nguyen Nhat Truong – Head of Dong Thap Economic Zone Authority, representing Dong Thap Economic Zone Authority, chaired the conference.

On the educational agencies, there were the Boards of Rectors from universities and colleges, including Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, Dong Thap University, Tien Giang University, Dong Thap Community College, and Tien Giang College.

There were more than 30 enterprises in the industrial park and along with them, on behalf of Long Jiang Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Dung, Deputy General Director, attended the event.

The Signing Ceremony

At the signing ceremony, Dong Thap Economic Zone Authority sequentially signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, Dong Thap University, Tien Giang University, Dong Thap Community College, and Tien Giang College.

This cooperation agreement plays a significant importance in strengthening the connection between enterprises and educational agencies, the activities with actual labor market demands. At the same time, it will help enterprises in the province in general, and Long Jiang Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. in particular, to gain a higher-quality workforce to meet operational and production requirements during recruitment.

Dong Thap Economic Zone Authority committed to create favorable conditions for the effective implementation of the cooperation program. Through this partnership, all parties expect to gradually build a sustainable ecosystem for training and developing human resource, contributing to enhancing the province’s investment attractiveness, bringing practical value to the local community, and promoting the economic development of Dong Thap Province in the future.
