From July 1^st 2015, the Investors who has his name on Certificate of Investment or other Certificate with valid over one year, or he is proved to be a Member of Council of the Enterprises operating in Vietnam , he is allowed to buy apartment buildings which are not belonged to national defend, security area. Owning duration is 50 years. This is good news for investments in Vietnam.
