Under the Business Law in 2014, procedures for business registration certificate from July 1st, 2015 will be simplified as follows:
- Do not need to certify the legal capital in documents and practicing permit;
- Reduce the time limit for issuance of business registration certificate within 3 days instead of 5 days. This is good news for Enterprises to prepare the establishment and only after three days they can get the certificate of business registration.
