In the morning August 31st, 2017, Planning and Investment Department and Tien Giang Industrial Zone Authority (TIZA) had signed the cooperation mechanism agreement on investment procedures and business registration of foreign investors in Tien Giang in accordance with Circular 02/2017/TT-BKHĐT dated April 18, 2017 by Planning and Investment Ministry, one door mechanism for short.

Then, assignment shall comply according principles such as: Investment law, business law, Decree 118/2015/NĐ-CP, Circular 02/2017/TT-BKHĐT; to specify the right and responsibility of two authorities and other departments on administrative procedures of foreign investors; not to arise troubles make investors inconvenient and to solve documents according to one door mechanism, not to exceed the time to solve the documents.

The investors may choose business registration according to one door mechanism regulated in the Circular 02/2017/TT-BKHĐT or according to Investment Law, Business Law and other gudances to solve one by one.
