Every year, the flood occurs changeably from September to November, it rains a lot at this time, water from source and tide cause flooding in Tan Phuoc District. To prepare for flood 2012, Long Jiang IP has coordinated with local authorities to make a plan from the beginning of rainy season 2012, with works such as: dredging to expand channels filled by residents or grass; repairing and installing pump stations, equipping more pumps for flooding, constructing drainage systems inside and outside Long Jiang IP…

As the result, there was no flooding in 2012 as previous years, this was also basis for completing the drainage system for next years. Long Jiang IP supported a fund of 250,000,000 VND to implement this work.

The local authorities and residents were grateful to Long Jiang and highly appreciated the support from Long Jiang.

On November 20^th 2012, Vietnam Economic News – the agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade had published information and photos of Long Jiang IP for broadcasting advantages in investment on issue 47/2012, Tuesday November 20^th 2012 and on website: www.ven.vn. At the same time, the issue had published the interview with Mr.Yu Suo – CEO of Long Jiang IPD Co.,Ltd on the achievements and business activities of enterprises in Long Jiang IP.

          On November 9^th 2012, at the meeting room of Long Jiang IPD, the original Land Use Right Certificate which issued by Tien Giang People’s Committee was handed over to Lock & Lock Living Co.,Ltd by Long Jiang IPD, The representative of Long Jiang IP also desired to give facilities for construction and production.

Lock & Lock is a South Korean manufacturer of high-class house wares and kitchenware with famous brand name as Lock & Lock, with total investment capital of 150 million USD, and the area of 23,33 ha.

The factory construction is planned to start production by June 2014.  When the factory is put into operation, it will create a great number of jobs for local residents and contribute to the economic development of local community.

Recently, Long Jiang IP has been considered as the head of investment in Tien Giang Province and become a focus of domestic and foreign investors and the media. On October 24^th 2012, the reporter from Vietnam Foreign Economic News – the Agency of Ministry of Industry and Trade – had an interview with Mr. Yu Suo, General Director of Long Jiang IP Development Co.,Ltd, that exchanged achievements to attract investment and business activities of enterprises in Long Jiang.

      Through the interview, Mr. Yu Suo – General Director showed that Long Jiang IP will improve non-stop for building work and attracting more investment, increase services for enterprises in the area. Long Jiang IP will be built to be an international industrial park with high quality.
