On May 17, at the National Conference Center, Ha Noi, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc presided the Conference of Prime Minister and enterprises in 2017. The theme “to accompany the  usiness”, the conference expressed the determination to build the Government to create, act andsupport the development of enterprises, which is motivation for country's development.

At the meeting, the Prime Minister hoped the delegates would give sincere opinions, thereby suggesting practical solutions to administrative reform, building an active government together with enterprises, creating the most favorable conditions for enterprises to raise their competition and sustainable development.

A few of deceivers have registered domains and used logo of VNPT to cheat users. Some of them had posed as VNPT staff to make contract, invoice... that caused damage for users, enterprises.

They shall pose as VNPT staff to call and send email to suggest customers to extend contract, transfer to them in oder not to affect their tax declaration. The email shall specify “...Suggest your company to extend the digital signature, to replace the previous one for make sure the declaration via internet thoroughly. VNPT alerts customers to be vigilant over the impostor and VNPT also affirms that debt of postage is not reminded (digital signature, fix telephone...) through above forms. Tien Giang province ranks at 8/63 position in ICT Index (Information and communication Technology Index of Vietnam). Few past years, Tien Giang invested, improved and synchronized infrastructure of information technology, perfected policy of information technology appliances in  management of Government and serving people, business.

Administrative management and operation software system has run in departments, agencies of province, people’s committee of district and ward. Administrative schedule were posted up and instructed on electronic information port (website: http://motcua.tiengiang.gov.vn), it is convenient for people to apply document and receive result directly or post office.

Mr. Tran Van Dung - Acting of director of information and communication department said that Tien Giang in the future shall continue to instruct people in contact with Government through electronic one-door software online service.  Transaction records with people must be completely digitalized; Using electronic processes to manage records (submit applications and receive receipts for results from the software); prompt settlement, soon return of results to people, businesses.

Foreigners may suggest directly to get the electronic visa through website of entry and exit management department.

Conditions to get visa:

• Foreigners live in oversea;
• Valid passport;
• Not in case not yet for entry according to Article 21 of entry law, exit law, transit law, residence law of foreigner in Vietnam.

Procedure:

Step 1: Enter information to apply the electronic visa:

- Upload your passport photo and portrait (look straight without glasses)

- After this, the applicant shall be issued electronic profile code

Step 2: Pay the cost (25 USD);

Step 3: Use the code to check result, if it is approved, print the electronic visa to enter and exit Vietnam

* Note:

- If the document is inadequate or incorrect information, it is not approved.

- The fee is paid via the portal of electronic payment regulated by entry and exit management Department. Electronic visa fees and electronic payment fees are not refundable in case the applicant is not granted a visa.

- Within 3 working days as from the date of receiving applications and visa fees, the Exit and Entry Management Department shall consider, settle and reply the applicants at the electronic visa page.

Currently, few of websites updated news on malware WannaCry which has grown terribly in Vietnam. How does Wannacry work? What is harmness of WannaCry?

WannaCry is a malware which neutralizes datas on the computer and peripheral devices. As being infected by WannaCry, it is difficult for user to recognize until locking computer is notified, all files are encrypted. You can recover the data when you pay USD 300 for the attacker. If the ransom is not done after 3 days, it shall increase double, and after 7 days, the payment is not done, data shall lost.

WannayCry shall entice user to lick on fake email and down load harmful files or appliances. After being infected, WannaCry shall scan all the internal system and spread to other computers in the system.

Organizations and enterprises should consider to stop using Tor and to do backup at once. We should alert to everyone and use methods to prevent the malware.
