On March 30^th2017, at Convention Center of Tien Giang Province, Mr. Le Van Huong, Chairman of Tien Giang Province People's Committee, presides over The First Business Dialogue in 2017. Besides, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of Tien Giang Province People's Committee, leaders of departments, divisions and unions of Tien Giang Province, People's Committee of districts, towns and cities, and more than 40 businesses are present.

At the Dialogue, Mr. Tran Van Dung, Director of Department of Planning and Investment reports the results of resolve the petition of the businesses and the information the Tien Giang province on socio-economic situation and business development in the first quarter of 2017.

In 2016, Tien Giang Province helds three meetings of Business Dialogue. Some proposals of the businesses are considered and resolved, such as:

Long Giang Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd had proposed to relocate Tan Ly Dong market to ensure the transportation of materials and materials into industrial park in particular and traffic safety in general. Now, the new Tan Ly Dong market has been built and put into use. And Tien Giang province’s Leaders has also considered dealing with most of the recommendations of other businesses.

At the Dialogue, Mr. Le Van Huong, Chairman of Tien Giang Province People's Committee affirms the determination to promote the development of the businesses and the desire of the investors to do business in Tien Giang Province. Tien Giang Province People's Committee will continue to help the businesses in time to actively contribute to the economic and social development of Tien Giang province.

In the morning of March 10, 2017, Vice Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung lead a delegation to make a field trip of Trung Luong - My Thuan - Can Tho highway. This is an essential highway for the development of Delta Mekong. He directed relevant departments to complete the highway in 2019.

When it is completed, a connection point from highway to Long Jiang IP shall be a convenient condition of traffic for enterprises in Long Jiang IP.

In the morning of April 18, 2017, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh had a meeting with Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs Vuong Nghi on the occasion of 10th meeting in China of Vietnam and China bilateral Guidance Commitee.

Vice Prime Minister and Minister Pham Binh Minh highly appreciated closely cooperation between two Foreign Affairs Ministries in coordinating the relationship of two countries on all fields. It is suggested for two sides to prove standing agency’s role of Vietnam - China bilateral guidance Commitee.

Mr. Vuong Nghi - Chinese Foreign Affairs Minister totally appreciated and agreed with Mr. Pham Binh Minh’s opinion on development of two countries; he also affirmed that he and Vietnam Foreign Affairs are  ready for visits and promotes the cooperation relationship between two countries.

On March 18th 2017Bellinturf Industrial (Vietnam) Co.,Ltd in Long Jiang Industrial Park held a formal groundbreaking ceremony. In the ceremony, there were Mr Pham Anh Tuan – Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, presence of representatives of enterprises and agencies in Tien Giang.The first stage, total capital of this project is USD 45 Milllion and area is 10ha，specializes in production artificial fiber, artificial grass cover.

After operating, Bellinturf Industrial (Vietnam) Co.,Ltd will contribute to improve the local socio-economic development.

On March 17, 2017 Vietnam Balala Food Co.,Ltd was issued the Investment Certificate no. 5420322166 by TIZA. The Project of  Petpal Pet Nutrition Technology Co., Ltd investor is located at lot 27B in Long Jiang IP with total capital USD 2.000.000 and area of 4.393,4 m². It manufactures and preserves products from meat and aquatic. It is expected for Balala Vietnam to operate in November 2017 and contribute to the local socio-economic development.
