In the morning of January 26, 2024, responding to the call of Father Front of Tien Giang, Tien Giang Industrial Zones Authority, Tan Phuoc District Peoples’ Committee, Long Jiang IPD and other enterprises in Long Jiang IP carried out supporting Tet gifts for near-poor households and Dioxin victims on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2024.
In the spirit of accompanying local authorities to contribute in taking care of the lives of near-poor household and Dioxin victims to celebrate Tet, Long Jiang IPD and other enterprises supported 500 gifts with value of 400,000VND. Of which, Long Jiang IPD contributed around 100 million VND, Want Want Company 32,5 million VND, Advance Tire Company 20 million VND, Balala Company 10 million VND, Lap Phat Electric Company 10 million VND and other businesses including Apache Shoe, Cung Cau, Jin Hong, JL, Bestway, United Brothers, Hai Tian, Vinh Hung Aluminum, Delta.

In the evening of January 24 at Long Jiang IP, the Provincial Confederation of Labor with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Tien Giang Industrial Zone Authority organized the program “Celebrate Tet with workers – Celebrate Party, celebrate Dragon Year of 2024”.

At the program, workers enjoyed the musical performances by singers and artists of Tien Giang Provincial Culture Center and by union members and workers, making a colorful program with flavor of Spring and Youth

In order to bring a warm spring to union members and workers, the Provincial Labor Confederation Standing Committee awarded 60 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances in Long Jiang IP, each gift includes cash of VND500,000 and other things. In addition, all workers participating the show were given a gift of necessities by Provincial Labor Federation.

On this occasion, enterprises gave 13.350 gifts with total amount of over VND 4,1 billion; 02 warm house of Trade Union valued VND 100 million, and 115 train tickets valued VND 21,8 million for employees working in the enterprises.
